RIMI's Vision is to obey Christ passionately and transform communities in South Asia and beyond by developing and deploying indigenous leaders.
RIMI’s Mission is to help in nation-building through transformational community development programs in South Asia and around the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ, especially the poor and marginalized.
The three key program areas are: (1) Evangelism and Church Planting, (2) Leadership Development, and (3) Compassion and Justice Ministries. These programs are primarily delivered through Mission India, a non-profit organization based in Nagpur, India, that was also established by Dr. Lukos. Mission India operates Mission India Theological Seminary (MITS) and oversees our network of field staff and training centers, and cares for over 2,000 children.
We are involved in improving health awareness through various medical training seminars and a hospital in Nagpur. We have a 30-bed hospital providing 24/7 in-patient and out-patient services and a nursing school offering basic training programs. We provide education to the youth through our own elementary schools which also teach the English language. We provide employment opportunities through economic empowerment and vocational training for poor and marginalized people. The goal of these programs is to transform communities and to give hope for all people.
Every year many students are trained to become tomorrow’s influential leaders for transforming South Asia and Beyond.
