Aakansha comes from a very poor family. She lives in a small rented room in the Kapsi Slum. Her mother died of a heart attack, while at work. Now, her father is the only one left to take care of family. He works as much as possible to feed Aakansha and her older sister. However, his income is not sufficient to provide enough food, education, and basic needs for his children. Under these circumstances, Aakansha’s father requested the assistance of Mission India’s Child Development Center.
The Child Development Center (CDC) is a place where children come before and after school. It provides free tuition, school accessories, clothes and nourishment to children who would otherwise not be able to attend school at all. Here children are also taught about the love of Christ.
Through your sponsorship and prayers, Aakansha will continue to have opportunities to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
