Rich Carlson (WY)

Pastor Rich is a B.A. graduate of Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois in 1967, and an M.Div. graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1970. I married Virginia on June 16, 1967, we have five daughters, 29-46 and two sons, 31- 33. We have 22 grandchildren and one more in transit.

Tim Inman (TX)

Tim retired from the United States Postal Service in 2019 as a senior level manager in Houston Texas. He has served in many different management positions with the USPS during his career in Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Michigan and Texas. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Kansas State University and a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University, Ann Arbor. Tim is also a graduate of the USPS Executive Development program. Tim and his wife Melinda live in Katy Texas. Tim joined the RIMI Board in 2005.

Mony Lukos (IL)

Mony came to the US when she was 14 and grew up in New York. When she first met Saji, she was impressed by his passion and honesty. They have been married for over 30 years. Their daughter Maryann has graduated college and is now a school teacher in Waukegan, IL. They live in Round Lake Beach, IL.

Saji Lukos (IL)

Saji was born in an ancient, nominal Christian home in Kerala, South India. Each person in the family faced severe struggles as a result of their disobedience to God’s commands. As Satan’s grip on the Lukos family grew stronger, Saji saw that his own life was completely void of peace and purpose. Then God sent a native evangelist to present the claims of Jesus Christ to Saji. In 1979, at the age of twenty, Saji accepted Christ as his personal Savior and Lord.

Maryann Woods

Maryann is passionate for educating children with biblical values. She is graduate of Trinity University, Deerfield, IL with a Bachelor and Master’s in Elementary Education with a special emphasis on STEM education. She served five years in Waukegan as a teacher. Currently she is a STEM teacher in the public school system in Chicago. She is married to Raymond Woods and they live in Chicago, IL. She enjoys preaching God's word and spending time with family and friends.

Donna Mall (IL)

Donna is the Co-Founder of Empowered Poor, Inc. and is currently the Senior Editor for Mall Publishing Co. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 35 years both as a Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care and as a Case Manager for Critical Care and Cardiology.

Dick Reed (OH)

Dick was an executive at Parker Hannifin, Emerson Electric and Imperial Clevite. He was owner and president of a machine tool remanufacturer. He is an elder at his church and active with several mission organizations. Dick is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. His first wife Laurie lived outside of Cleveland, OH. She passed away in 2017. He married Janet Guhl in 2022. They both help at the RIMI office. Together, they have 6 children, 16 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Ramesh Krishnan (UT)

Ramesh Krishnan is an engineer by profession, currently managing computing and software services for a division of Northrop Grumman Corporation, a major defense contractor. Ramesh holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India and a masters degree in Structural engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

He has been married to Elaine Krishnan for 40 years and has five children and eight grandchildren. He and his wife live in Eden, Utah about 60 miles north of Salt Lake City.

Ramesh grew up in Chennai, India and moved to the US to pursue a graduate level education where he became convinced of the claims of Christ and chose to follow him. He is an elder in his church, leads the Missions team and involved in teaching adult bible classes.

Greg Lester (AL)

Greg earned his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering in 1979 from Auburn University, AL. He became the president of Dynetics and recently retired. He lives with his wife Susan in Huntsville, AL. They have two grown children, Michael and Lindsey.

Steve Perry (MN)

Steve is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, and University of Alaska, Anchorage, with a business and finance major. He is the managing partner of New York Life Insurance company in greater Minneapolis – St. Paul area. Steven says, “My overall objective is the continued dedication to hiring and developing capable men and women from all backgrounds who can provide effective and innovative solutions for the problems people and businesses face.” “My passion is to help experienced leaders create a 7-figure income for themselves so they can be radically generous. Nothing is more exciting to me than helping a high-capacity leader transition to a career and helped them accomplish their wildest dreams.” He is married to Tabitha and they have 2 daughters, Lilly and Liberty. They live in Chanhassen, MN and are actively involved in their local church.

Ted Szymczak (MI)

Ted has a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, a Master’s in Intercultural Studies from TEDS, Deerfield, IL, and a PhD Education coursework from TEDS, Deerfield, IL.

Ted received Christ as his personal savior at 15 years of age through a summer camp ministry. He developed his skills in evangelism, discipleship and small group Bible study with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship while attending the University of Michigan.

God called him to full-time mission work in Poland for a period and then led him back to the US. For 7 years after Poland, Ted taught and coached young Church Planters to be more effective in their work. He also coached and taught globally on cross cultural aspects of church planting. His latest assignment is reaching out to Diaspora Asian Indians in the Detroit area in an effort to see a new church planted.

He is currently working as a Lecturer and Executive Coach. He is married to Wendy and they have three grown children, Andrew, Hanna and Christopher, as well as 2 grandchildren.

LaReau Anderson (CO)

LaReau has worked at many ministries such as Compassion International, World Vision, Operation Christmas Child, Feed the Hungry, Prison Fellowship Int., CBN, FCA, Billy Graham ministries, and over 50 other global ministries He comes alongside ministries, with support from Biblica’s regional teams, to develop engaging Bible strategies for ministries to implement globally.

LaReau has a passion to bring the world of the Bible to the world of kids and young people at-risk. He has traveled extensively around the world for over 40 years. He has had the opportunity to serve in key global strategic leadership servant roles with: 4/14 Movement for Children-at-Risk Lausanne Movement, Global Alliance for Church Multiplication (GACX) ACCORD Gathering, and Transform World Movement.

LaReau has been married to his wife Tamara for almost 40 years and they have two grown married daughters living close to them in Colorado Springs.
